The DDM organized a Briefing Session to host the Asia Shelter Forum for 2022 in Bangladesh on 27th February 2022 at Spectra Convention Center, Dhaka with the objectives of sharing the experience from ASF 2021 hosted in Nepal and to complete the
formal handover of the hosting to the MoDMR.

The event kicked off with a presentation by Mr. Syed Ashraf, Communication Media
Specialist and ASF Focal Point, DDM, MoDMR on the hosting of the Asia Shelter Forum
2022, followed by speeches and participation from the audience.The presentation was
focused on the shelter initiative by MoDMR, overview and journey of ASF, participation
of DDM and various countries in 2021, and the way forward.

   • is no longer than 200 words.
   • focuses on policy and research that aligns with the conference theme.
   • includes a clear statement on how your presentation will contribute to the sharing of experiences and learnings to the global shelter community.
   • Outline the content of your presentation and how it relates to the conference theme.
   • Beyond 200 words include two sentences describing about the presenter(s)/author(s), and links to any online bio or profiles.
   
   Please register your thematic interest and submit an abstract below by the 29th October 2021. The organizers will revert on the results of the selection by 3rd November 2021.
