The shelter forum is a community of practice for individuals and organisations involved in shelter and settlement reconstruction activities.
APSSF 2026 – Asia-Pacific Shelter & Settlements Forum
The Government of Sindh / Sindh People’s Housing For Flood Affectees(SPHF) in collaboration with the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) and Sindh Housing Recovery and Reconstruction Platform (SHRRP), will host the Asia-Pacific Shelter & Settlements Forum (APSSF) 2026 in Karachi, Pakistan, from 11–13 February 2026.
The forum is funded by the Government of Sindh, Global Shelter Cluster, Habitat for Humanity, Catholic Relief Services (CRS), International Organization for Migration(IOM), UNICEF, Welthungerhilfe (WHH) and other partners.
The Forum will bring together governments, donors, development partners, shelter and settlement practitioners from across the Asia-Pacific region to share knowledge, strengthen collaboration, and highlight best practices in shelter, housing, and settlement resilience.
